Welcome to 2012 Cherwell Business Awards.

The Cherwell district is home to a vibrant mix of businesses. The extent of their excellence is not always apparent, and that's why we have these awards.

Tucked away in business parks, villages, town centres, private homes and large commercial facilities these businesses are exciting and play a huge part in the area and the community. They provide jobs, they bring money into the district and best of all they like being here.

The Cherwell Business Awards is all about celebrating these businesses and the district they call home.

It's about networking them together and promoting them. It's all about helping them go proudly to their markets and stakeholders with the extra marketing push and confidence that being an award winner gives them.

All winners of each category (With the exception of the overall winner category) will get automatic entry into the prestigious Oxfordshire Business awards which are celebrated in June 2012.

• November 2011 - Opening of entries
• December 31, 2011 - Closing of entries ***
• January 2012 - Entries judged 
• February 2012 - Finalists announced
• March 30th 2012 - Gala ceremony.
